1/3 l nata
250g Manteiga
80g Fermento biol
175g açúcar
1/2 kg farinha
6 ovos
4 ovos
pitada de sal
Prepare uma massa com a nata, a farinha, o fermento biológico e os 4 ovos, deixando crescer em local morno.
Bata manteiga e gema de ovos até formar espuma e acrescente a massa e, por último, as 6 claras batidas em neve.
Depois de tudo bem misturado, coloca-se numa forma redonda, deixando crescer mais uma vez.
